HALP does not store or process these property-specific inquiries
The property advertiser becomes the data controller for your inquiry
You should review the privacy policy of the property advertiser
We facilitate the connection but do not retain your inquiry data

General Platform Inquiries: When you use our general inquiry forms (Contact Us, Join Us, Advertise With Us):

Your information is collected and stored by HALP
We store inquiries in our CRM systems (Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign)
Supporting documentation may be stored in Google Drive
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide services

Business Directory: If you list your business in our professional directory, your business information will be publicly displayed on our websites, including your business name, services, contact details, and any information you choose to provide.

Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you personally for industry reporting, market analysis, and research purposes.

Some information is stored on servers in Australia, but some of our service providers are based overseas (primarily the United States and European Union). Where data is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place. See sections 5.3 and 10.

Account and transaction records are generally retained for 7 years after closure for legal and tax compliance. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is typically retained for 26 months. See section 5.2.
